Picking Container Tab

When your system uses containersThe actual quantity represents the prior pick or new pick quantity in a picking order or the prior receive or new receive quantity in a receiving order., the Picking form includes a Container tab. Use this tab to pick the container. All items in the container must be used to fulfill the picking order. Upon order completion, the container is picked in full and then deleted from the system.

Note: During a container pick, the contain is picked in full and then deleted from the system.

1. Select Orders > Picking from the Main form to reach the Picking form.
2. The Picking form appears. The Header tab is to the front.
3. Order # field: select an order number. The customer and order detail information populate the form.
4. Click the Container tab to bring this portion of the form to the front.

5. Select the site-container that you want to pick.

6. Press the plus icon .
   1. A container with assets cannot be picked.
   2. A container must contain consumables to be picked.
   3. A container is not partially picked. It must fulfill the order details to be picked.
7. If this container, when applied to the order, is fully picked, the Details tab appears. The container quantity is applied to the order quantity, meaning it has been fully picked.
   1. IntelliTrack Mobile RF: The container is picked and deleted.
   2. IntelliTrackMobile Batch: The container is picked in batch mode. The next you perform a data upload and process it, the container will be picked and deleted in the main application.
